Nose

Dry and subtle banana notes merge with a soft sweetness that makes for a floral and aromatic sensory experience.

Palate

A complex mingling of nuts from the malt and subtle honey combine with a spice note that has mellowed with age. Prunes and raisons give way to darker sherry undercurrent which though fleeting reminds us of the Sherry finish.
